Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a J.D. Degree and be an active member of the bar.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Strong research, writing, oral and courtroom skills and good judgment.
• Ability to work with law enforcement and client agencies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate federal offenses, research and brief legal issues, and represent the United States before grand juries and in hearings and trials.
• Work with law enforcement, colleagues and client agencies; assignments become more complex with experience.
