- Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage adherence to proposal schedules

- Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings to ensure quality and compliance
- Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narrative

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in developing architectural and engineering proposals for government clients
- Familiarity with the AEC industry and Standard Form 330
- Exceptional project management, writing, editing, and document organization skills
- Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with Federal Markets, including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Department of Homeland Security
- Experience with GovWin and proposal database software Deltek Vision
