Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments to meet project needs.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and track ROJ dates.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule for leadership.
• Support QA/QC programs and development of self-perform proposals as needed.
• Oversee resource allocation and safety program implementation.
