Job summary

Oracle seeks a fully competent project management professional with broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This first-level PM position provides consistent, high-quality solution leadership to ensure project quality and timely delivery within budget.

The role applies independent judgment to guide moderately complex activities in delivering an integrated business solution, analyzes business needs to align Oracle’s solution with objectives, and adheres to Oracle

Qualifications

U.S.-based client-facing roles may require immunization/occupational health mandates and/or drug testing.

Responsibilities

Supports task order leadership in managing end-to-end delivery of large, complex task orders.
Travel expense auditing and approvals to ensure compliance with GSA rates and policies.
Create/update client presentations for Monthly Progress Meetings and PM reviews; monitor 3rd party contracts for staffing and resources.
Monitor the Integrated Master Schedule for delays and action delivery with the team.
Review/audit project number adherence; maintain project documentation and filing structures.
Monitor training compliance and maintain rosters; take notes and follow up on actions.
Support data calls requested by Task Order leadership; communicate project logistics and numbers to the team.
