Qualifications

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualified or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct and subcontract personnel to meet contract objectives and performance standards.
Monitor and manage client-facing projects, escalating risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Establish project plans, schedules and track deliverables with quality surveillance.
Ensure on-time delivery and QA for all final products and deliverables.
Meet contractual and financial requirements and ensure compliance with terms and federal policy.
Communicate performance status, risks and opportunities to stakeholders with management reports.
Organize and monitor interconnected projects, coordinate cross-project activities and budgets.
Support team adoption of sound project practices and templates.
