Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our Federal group in the United States. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate sub-consultants, and oversee design for federal facilities including Navy projects. Strong client management and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture is required.
  • 5+ years in architecture, engineering, or construction, with Federal client experience preferred.
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager.
  • Professional registration (PE or RA) required.
  • Knowledge of facilities design, contract management, and project delivery.
  • Experience with Federal contracting processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or similar tools.
  • Travel as needed; valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Ability to obtain CAC and security clearances if required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinate sub-consultants.
  • Oversee design requirements for federal facilities (DoD and non-DoD).
  • Engage with Navy projects experience preferred.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes.
