Larson Design Group is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for Federal Projects to lead complex projects from planning through closeout. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets over $1M, and ensure compliance with federal standards while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proficiency in PMI practices, regulatory requirements, and strong client-facing leadership. PE/RA/PMP certification is required, with a background in A/E and advanced scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 4+ years of job-related experience, preferably in the A/E industry.
• PE, RA, or PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage federal project management plans that align with agency requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate architectural, engineering, and consultant teams with federal clients and stakeholders.
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle per PMI and federal standards.
• Define, manage, and control project scope with formal change management processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and agency submissions.
• Direct project cost estimating, budgeting, and EVM to align with funding objectives.
• Collaborate to implement cost control strategies and optimize project value.
• Manage contract administration and coordination with federal contracting officers.
