Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• At least one year of experience in project engineering or construction management.
• Certifications USACE CQM and OSHA 30 required or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Review and track RFIs, submittals, permits, and contractor documentation.
• Maintain project logs including RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Organize and manage project files and documentation within PMIS systems.
• Support project managers with schedule reviews and reporting.
• Conduct field walks and inspections with contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance and safety compliance.
• Facilitate weekly coordination meetings among stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance and monthly reporting tasks.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related AEC field

Minimum 1 year of project engineering or construction management experience

USACE CQM and OSHA 30 certifications required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Strong understanding of construction project management processes

Experience with PMIS systems, project tracking logs, and document control

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

Knowledge of federal construction procedures and quality control processes preferred
