Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of project engineering or construction management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction project management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and track RFIs, submittals, permits, and contractor documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain project logs including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules.
• Support project managers with schedule reviews and cost tracking.
