Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years' experience leading PM efforts for federal/healthcare programs or complex technical reviews.
• Proven risk management, corrective action development, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience producing executive‑level reporting and federal performance standards compliance.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Agile framework knowledge preferred.
