Ibility LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal program initiatives, coordinating planning, execution, and evaluation while aligning priorities across leadership and SMEs. The role emphasizes Agile support, data analysis, and executive reporting to enable informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a PMP, a four-year degree in business/PM, and solid experience with PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• At least four years of professional project management experience.
• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Experience using project tools to manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM activities for planning, execution, and evaluation of pilot program initiatives.
• Manage schedules, priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies across leadership and SMEs.
• Support Agile program management and change management activities.
• Conduct data analysis to monitor performance and translate findings into insights.
• Develop executives reports, dashboards, and briefings on status and risks.
• Support strategic communications for consistent messaging across teams.
