DJS Financial Services LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee accounting, financial operations, and administrative support services for a federal government client in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Program Manager will provide leadership, operational oversight, and contract management to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. This position supervises contractor personnel and ensures compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Five years of program/contract management experience.
• Experience supervising personnel and contract performance.
• Experience across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial operations.
• Knowledge of contract administration, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reporting and presentations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• On-site work in Alexandria; telework only with client authorization.
• Ability to obtain federal facility and information system access.
• Confidentiality and information security compliance.
• Complete mandatory security/compliance training.
• Availability December 2026, contingent on award.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall management and supervision of contract personnel including work assignments and performance monitoring.
• Oversee daily operations to meet contract requirements and deliverables.
• Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of contract performance.
• Develop staffing plans, transition plans, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate with government representatives on performance, staffing, and challenges.
• Conduct biweekly program status meetings and report on deliverables and staffing.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, voucher processing, reconciliations, and journal vouchers.
• Implement federal financial management initiatives and internal controls.
• Supervise on-site and remote personnel and ensure training compliance.
• Prepare monthly program status reports and quality assurance documentation.
