XPECT Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Controller to act as the financial steward for a recruitment marketing program in Washington, DC. You will oversee labor, subcontractor costs, ODCs, paid media budgets, travel, and funding allocations to ensure contract compliance and budget integrity.

You will work with Marketing Program Manager, program leadership, and government stakeholders to forecast funding utilization, validate expenditures, and maintain accurate financial reporting, enabling informed

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in financial control, budget management, contract finance, or program accounting.
• Experience with government contracting or federal programs is preferred.
• Proven ability to forecast budgets and reconcile expenditures with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program budget tracker across cost categories including direct labor, subcontracts, ODCs, and travel.
• Monitor expenditures and reconcile spend to approved funding to ensure compliance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and funding forecasts.
• Validate subcontractor invoices and coordinate procurement processes for ODCs.
• Provide financial analysis to support contract modifications and funding requests.
• Track travel authorization and reimbursement in line with contract terms.
