Strativia is seeking an experienced Federal Program Manager to lead a critical mission-support program in the Washington, DC area. You will serve as the primary interface with the client, directing program operations, budgeting, data analytics, and process improvements to ensure successful contract performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets while coordinating across IT, analytics, and administrative support

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PMP certification required.
• Minimum 7 years direct program management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing large government contracts or complex financial projects.
• Experience budgeting $3M+.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for contract and program matters.
• Provide contract management, staffing oversight, reporting, and quality management.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation.
• Ensure activities align with client objectives and contract requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across operations, analytics, and IT portfolios.
• Prepare monthly operational status reports with metrics and risks.
• Monitor performance against goals and milestones; manage staffing levels.
• Identify risks and mitigations; coordinate with client and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with client leadership and program stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project staff toward high-quality performance.
• Manage multi-million-dollar project resources and budgets.
• Support rapid-response and surge requirements.
