Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administrative direction of all contractor employees.
• Staff assignment to shifts, duties and functions.
• Monitor workload to ensure contract compliance across labor categories.
• Establish or improve procedures and controls to meet contract requirements.
• Provide COR with status reports and coordinate improvements as needed.
• Ensure employees are fully qualified and perform work efficiently and timely.
• Handle disciplinary matters and sign documents on behalf of Ocean Bay.
