Job summary

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Program Analyst to analyze a variety of subjects related to the effectiveness of assigned program operations and assist in planning and evaluating projects.

This role can be located in any GSA office; referrals will be made for specific duty locations based on the vacancy being filled and the selected duty location in the application.

Qualifications

• Gather data and apply analytical techniques to identify and resolve issues.
• Compile and present data orally and in writing.
• Interpret and apply regulations and policies.
• Education: at least one year of graduate-level work; may include SAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and apply analytical techniques to determine efficient methods.
• Learn agency missions, policies, and management processes to evaluate programs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to meet deadlines for projects.
• Identify data needed for use by higher-level analysts in program direction.
• Address issues with procedural or factual guidance and resolution.
