Role Overview

As a Federal Product Sales Specialist 3 – Workforce Solutions Group, your focus will be on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will build relationships with end-users and serve as the link between our portfolio of solutions and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet targets and grow our customer base within your territory.
  2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  3. Present and demonstrate our client and end-user solutions, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Negotiate and close sales agreements with favorable terms.
  7. Create business value propositions and provide financial justifications for account growth.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
  9. Possess technical knowledge to establish credibility with executives and technical evaluators.
  10. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  11. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology sales, especially PCs and IT services.
  • Proven success in selling to large enterprises and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
Compensation & Benefits
