Qualifications

• 7+ years total government acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with procurement planning, budgets, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-procurement planning and negotiations.
• Prepare and present contract terms in proposals related to awards.
• Pre-Award Acquisition Support: SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, cost estimates, market research, RFPs/RFQs.
• Award/Selection Support: assist in source selections and vendor screening processes.
• Prepare, submit & track procurement packages (120+).
• Coordinate with Service Owners to verify requirements, requests, quotes, 508/508 Exception, ITAR, 186, SDS Budget.
• Create and process receiving reports for payments and de-obligations.
• Support inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Communicate procurement plans and status to team members and leadership.
