Job summary

AeroVironment seeks a Pricing Analyst to support federal government proposals and contracts. You will develop cost models, ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, and collaborate with capture, contracts, and finance to deliver competitive, audit-ready pricing packages.

You will build detailed pricing analyses, perform what-if scenarios, and mentor junior analysts while aligning pricing with program requirements and bid strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; pricing tools experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing per solicitations.
• Build and maintain cost models with direct/indirect rates and escalation.
