Job summary

Nuvitek is seeking a Power Platform Architect to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable Power Platform solutions for federal government customers. The role balances architecture, technical leadership, and hands‑on development in regulated environments.

You will design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, while ensuring compliance with NIST and FISMA standards. Collaboration with government stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years IT or application development experience.
• 2–4 years hands-on Power Platform experience.
• Experience with federal programs or federal systems integrators.
• Strong Power Platform knowledge and integration skills.
• Understanding of security and governance in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions for federal customers.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, data models, and architecture artifacts.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and REST APIs.
• Develop and review documentation, diagrams, and design deliverables.
• Provide guidance to developers and ensure best practices and performance.
• Hands‑on development, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support environment strategy, packaging, and deployment processes.
• Implement RBAC, data access controls, and DLP policies.
• Ensure compliance with security, NIST, FISMA, and agency standards.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with managers, analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements.
