CMS issues proposed rules, final rules, guidance documents, and information bulletins that directly change how healthcare operations teams need to manage cases, track compliance deadlines, and document their work. You'll analyze these developments, translate them into product implications, and help our clients understand what they need to do differently. This role bridges the gap between regulatory policy and operational software.

  • Translate regulatory requirements into product feature specifications and compliance workflow updates
  • Support client-facing teams with regulatory context during onboarding, training, and business reviews
  • Maintain a regulatory tracking system that maps policy changes to affected platform features and workflows
  • Research and prepare policy briefings for company leadership on emerging healthcare regulatory trends
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare policy analysis, regulatory affairs, or health policy research
  • Strong understanding of CMS programs, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and the federal rulemaking process
  • Excellent analytical writing skills — you can turn a 200-page proposed rule into a clear two-page summary
