Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead product discovery, requirements analysis, backlog management, and value-based delivery for a large-scale GrantSolutions modernization program. You will bridge Federal users, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to define direction, workflows, and release-ready capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related IT modernization work.
- Experience with agile delivery and platform modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery, requirements analysis, backlog management, and value-based delivery.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes aligned with federal priorities.
- Own and prioritize the backlog; write user stories and acceptance criteria for incremental releases.
