FedTec is hiring for Junior Capture Manager / Capture Management Analyst with experience as a federal /DOD recruiter and a strong interest in transitioning into capture management. The ideal candidate will bring a background in federal/DOD recruitment and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in the capture and business development domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of capture strategies for federal opportunities.
• Support the capture team in collecting and analyzing opportunity intelligence, including customer needs, competitors, and teaming partners.
• Participate in capture meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
• Help maintain and organize capture documentation, timelines, and compliance matrices.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and key personnel.
• Coordinate and support proposal efforts in collaboration with the proposal team.
• Support talent identification and key personnel acquisition based on opportunity requirements.
• Continuously learn and apply capture management best practices and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a federal recruiter or in a similar role supporting federal government clients.
• Familiarity with government contracting and the federal procurement lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong desire to learn capture management, business development, and proposal processes.
