Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a highly organized operations professional to support federal engagements, executive scheduling, travel, and events. This role sits at the intersection of government affairs and customer engagement, handling sensitive information with discretion and strong judgment.

You will coordinate calendars for senior leaders, manage domestic and international travel, and partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver polished experiences for federal customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in government, operations, scheduling, executive support, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, and events for senior leaders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
• Understanding of norms and protocols for working with government officials and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize meetings into clear takeaways.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve processes for scheduling, travel, events, and Federal engagements.
• Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, including meetings with federal customers and officials.
• Coordinate meetings involving multiple stakeholders across government and internal teams.
• Track follow-ups and action items from important meetings and engagements.
• Oversee domestic and international travel logistics for sensitive engagements.
• Prepare leaders for meetings and events with organized materials and context.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professional demeanor.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for Federal stakeholders and staff.
• Coordinate Federal customer events such as Demo Days and executive visits.
• Own event logistics from invitations to day-of execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft polished experiences for Federal customers.
