Qualifications

• Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff.

Responsibilities

• Operates a small full-service bar, mixing and serving the full range of beverages. Records sales and handles cash/charges. Stocks bar.
• Keeps bar, utensils, equipment and work area clean and sanitary. Tracks stock and submits restock requests.
• Deny further sales to intoxicated or unruly patrons with courtesy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
