Qualifications

• CPA/JD/LLM or equivalent certifications in tax.
• 9+ years of mergers & acquisitions tax experience at Big 4/Big Law or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of complex tax concepts and apply to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely services.
• Perform due diligence including review of tax returns and financials.
• Review tax aspects of financial models.
