Job summary

Qualifications

• Typing at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
• Proficient in preparation and processing of legal documents.
• Ability to support Attorneys and trial prep with organization and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance and office support to Attorneys
• Examine, prepare and process technical legal documents (complaints, motions, orders, pleadings, subpoenas)
• Review incoming material and determine needs for assembling legal documents
• Assist attorneys in trial prep by compiling trial notebooks, jury instructions, and witness/exhibit lists
• Assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other documents from file material
• Produce written documents using a wide range of office software
