Qualifications

• Previous commercial janitorial or custodial experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of janitorial practices and equipment.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and carpets.
• Sanitize restrooms and surfaces.
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Use and maintain custodial equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and site requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
