Job summary

Management Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to support delivery of mission-critical services within a federal IT and cybersecurity environment in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This onsite role partners with program leadership to establish, monitor, and improve quality management processes across large federal initiatives.

You will lead QMP development, governance boards, and stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations while

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or related disciplines within federal environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree may substitute for up to 6 years of required experience.
• Ability to brief senior government leadership and facilitate executive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Plans (QMPs).
• Establish standards, metrics, and acceptance criteria for deliverables.
• Lead governance boards and stakeholder groups.
• Create dashboards and corrective action plans for program performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate with cyber, engineering, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the program lifecycle.
