Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of federal financial management, budget, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with federal financial operations, reporting, or financial systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and develop recommendations.
• Experience supporting Working Capital Funds, revolving funds, cost accounting, cost allocation, and rate development.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Financial Management and Working Capital Fund operations through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Perform financial analysis related to cost allocation, rate development, budget execution, spending trends, resource utilization, and forecasting.
• Assist in development, maintenance and validation of cost models and management reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support audit readiness activities including documentation reviews and internal controls testing.
• Develop and improve financial management procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with managers, program offices, and technical teams to resolve financial data issues.
• Support dashboard development and reporting automation using financial analytics tools.
