Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with government acquisitions including FAR/DFARS.
• Experience extracting and analyzing financial data (SQL, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own monthly invoice generation, validation, and submission.
• Extract raw usage and financial data for reporting.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contracting officers, program managers, and AWS teams to align funding with requirements.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort in financial reporting.
• Respond to data calls and inquiries from program management offices and service teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate tracking of accounts and contract funding status.
