Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing federal or institutional jobs, preferably VA projects.
• Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and maintain the master construction timeline.
• Ensure compliance with federal design requirements in on-site work.
• Enforce OSHA standards and VA Infection Control Risk Assessment protocols.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including the VA Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports for federal audits.
