Oracle Health Government Services seeks a skilled Federal Program Manager to lead risk management across federal contracts. You will plan, coordinate, and drive risk activities, partnering with cross-functional teams and government partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years in large-scale program management, knowledge of federal contracting, and the ability to obtain government clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of large-scale program and project management.
• PMP credential from PMI strongly preferred.
• Travel up to 20%.
• U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; Masters degree a plus.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis to identify risks and issues and mitigation opportunities.
• Forecasting trends to anticipate risks across task orders.
• Develop risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies with Task Order Owners.
• Manage a portfolio of risks and issues across deployment markets and timelines.
• Continuously review and improve the risk management framework and processes.
• Contribute to internal strategy and ways of working for risk management.
• Provide mentorship to other risk analysts.
