Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support evaluation of a Federal Healthcare Agency’s organizational structure, programs, processes, and knowledge management practices.

You will own day-to-day execution across every task area — managing the technical approach, setting priorities, coordinating client and stakeholder activity, and driving performance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience managing federal government projects or task orders, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager or similar operational-lead role.
• Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, status reporting, and deliverable tracking on Firm-Fixed-Price or deliverables-based contracts.
• Strong meeting facilitation and technical writing skills (agendas, minutes, status/progress reports).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of deliverables across all SOW task areas and workstream leads, coordinating client and stakeholder activity.
• Schedule, facilitate, and participate in government meetings and prepare agendas and materials.
• Maintain PMP/IMS/WBS artifacts and deliver bi-weekly status and monthly progress reports.
• Track deliverables against acceptance criteria and due dates.
• Assist with risk management and quality assurance activities.
