Job summary

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is seeking a Federal Compliance Program Analyst to oversee data activities for the HCBS Rule and ensure compliance with federal requirements. You will collect, analyze, and maintain program data and provide technical assistance to the Federal Compliance team.

The role includes preparing and supporting federal reporting documents, training staff on data input, analysis, and related platforms, and ensuring accuracy of performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three years of professional experience including one year at the P11 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data activities to meet HCBS Rule requirements.

• Provide research, findings and technical assistance to the Federal Compliance team.
