Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of relevant experience to design and produce visual materials for internal and external communications, websites, social media, and print collateral, while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple design requests, and deliver high-quality products on tight timelines, applying your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and content formatting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in communications, outreach, training, or public-facing programs.
• Experience designing accessible materials meeting Section 508 standards.
• Experience supporting communications teams with visual design and content formatting.
• Portfolio showing digital content, presentations, reports, and print collateral.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and formatting of newsletters, web updates, and outreach materials.
• Design visual collateral for internal and external communications, including one-pagers, website graphics, and presentations.
• Develop graphics for distribution via websites, social media, email campaigns, and print.
• Select images and layouts to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Manage multiple design requests and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
