Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Visual Designer to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and federal partners. You will design secure, accessible, user-centered experiences from brand vision to market-ready products, helping agencies move toward impactful, trust-building visuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2–3 years creating visually compelling content and reinforcing the client's brand.
2–3 years using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS Office, including PowerPoint.
Experience with print, web/digital, UI/UX, video across platforms.
Ability to translate data into targeted marketing visuals.

Responsibilities

Create original design work for a wide range of print and digital projects, including social media content, newsletters, blog posts, web pages, direct mail, web banners, print pieces, ads, emails, videos, and other visual materials.
Translate complex or abstract ideas into polished visual storytelling for communication.
Serve as an advisor to stakeholders, understanding goals, and recommending workable solutions.
Implement accessibility standards across all deliverables.
Ensure consistent application of the client's visual language across contributors and channels.
