Summit, a grants management and analytics firm in Washington, DC, is hiring a Grants Management Consultant to support federal grants programs, design and improve financial management for client missions, and lead data-driven process improvements. Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in public policy, public administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of grants management experience at a government agency or consulting firm.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support government clients' grants management operations and continuous improvement.
• Analyze program and financial data to support effective implementation.
• Develop and improve processes, training materials, and documentation for federal grant programs.
• Communicate analysis and information clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Lead and participate in client meetings and discussions.
• Use data analytics and visualization to present findings and recommendations.
• Craft presentations and visuals to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage projects and use Microsoft 365 tools to track deliverables.

Education

B.A. in public policy / public administration / accounting / finance / economics or related field
