Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced professional to support a high-visibility federal program. The role involves coordinating and supporting project delivery across CONUS and OCONUS locations, with travel required as projects dictate.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, strong furniture systems knowledge, and excellent communication with government and vendors. This is a hands-on, long-term facilities and project management role within a federal context.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required; clearance associated with the client is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a furniture installer, project manager, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of systems furniture and components for workstation installation and reconfiguration.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and furniture layouts.
• Proven problem‑solving and negotiation skills for rapid issue resolution.
• Strong communication and coordination with government representatives, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate furniture installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with Government requirements and schedules.
• Support CONUS and OCONUS BPA Call Orders and provide project/installation management support.
• Lead installation teams, subcontractors, and dealership project managers for successful execution.
• Serve as liaison between Government representatives, contractors, and furniture vendors.
• Manage planning, reviews, scheduling, meetings, quality control, and documentation on Government systems.
• Coordinate site access, inspections, and punch lists with vendors and Government COR.
