Job summary

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking several Litigation Support Specialists to support a prospective Federal client in Washington, DC. These full-time, long-term roles focus on processing FOIA/PA appeals, eDiscovery, and related litigation support tasks for VA matters.

Responsibilities include case file development, data extraction from records, data organization, and coordination with VA offices to ensure timely and compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge and experience with the Federal Tort Claims Act.
• Experience/familiarity with eDiscovery.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro.
• Must be able to maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex legal analysis and render decisions on FOIA/PA appeals.
• Open and develop case files from initial agency decisions.
• Coordinate with record custodians to obtain responsive information.
• Analyze FOIA appeals for litigation risk per laws and precedents.
• Review records and identify deficiencies and prepare case summaries.
