Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is seeking a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams for the USPS. You will set up stations, administer push-ups, sit-ups, and the 1.5-mile run to strict standards, enter results in a secure app, and validate with the Site Lead.

Ideal candidates have fitness assessment experience, a recognized credential or coaching background, and strong attention to detail and communication under SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
