Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking financial operations professionals to support Homeland Security and Law Enforcement clients. The role may require on-site presence up to three days per week in the Washington, DC metro area, with potential inclusion of Indianapolis, IN.

You will process high volumes of travel and financial documentation, review data for accuracy, conduct transaction analyses, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ONE (1) or more years of financial management or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of travel and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, validate, and calculate information across incoming relocation and financial materials, maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Conduct analysis on financial transactions and identify discrepancies or required follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal team members to resolve outstanding items.
• Communicate progress, issues, and status updates to clients clearly, professionally, and in a consistent, timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in all written and verbal interactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, modernize, or improve existing processes.
