Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Federal Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial management, and analysis in a federal contracting environment. The role requires 10+ years of federal government finance experience, active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred), and on-site work in Arlington, VA.

The candidate will manage program budgets, monitor burn rates, track funding, and prepare executive-level financial presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal government finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience tracking funding and burn rates.
• Experience with invoicing and contract financial management.
• Experience supporting client and subcontractor budgets.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level presentations.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving financial processes.
• Ability to work primarily on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting for programs and contracts.
• Develop and manage program budgets and track funding and burn rates.
• Coordinate invoicing and financial tracking with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports.
• Create financial SOPs and improve existing financial processes.
• Coordinate financial information across stakeholders and support leadership communications.
