Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced professional to support federal clients in optimizing finance organization operations, including audit readiness and internal controls testing. You will design and update SOPs, develop corrective action plans, and document findings for oversight and improvement.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and 2+ years in internal control testing or federal auditing.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics, or similar business-type field.
• Minimum of two or more years of internal control testing, federal auditing, audit remediation, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support federal clients in optimizing finance organization operations.
• Develop and update process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Design and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings.
• Perform internal controls testing and report on results; trace auditability from financial statements to operational functions.
