Job summary

AVER, LLC is seeking an experienced Federal Financials and Accounting Consultant to apply functional knowledge of Federal financials to define requirements and validate data separation for a DHS FSM ERP implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to implement and test the solution.

Requirements include 8+ years in federal accounting, 3+ years in ERP finance design, and SAP ERP experience. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
8+ years of experience with federal accounting, reporting, auditing, or finance management analysis.
3+ years of experience supporting functional design, business processes, and configuration of ERP finance and accounting system; SAP ERP preferred.
Experience with government systems (SharePoint, ServiceNow) and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data cleansing, profiling, and conversion.
Define requirements and create functional specifications for federal ERP financials.
Validate and document business logic from client stakeholders for compliance and audibility.
Build KPIs, reports, and dashboards; conduct gap analyses between system functionality and client requirements.
