Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC is seeking experienced plumbers for an upcoming contract in Montgomery and Tuskegee, Alabama supporting maintenance operations at two federal medical facilities.

Pay starts at $26.38/hour with an additional $5.42/hour Health and Welfare, totaling $31.80/hour. Includes 11 paid federal holidays and 56 hours of annual Sick Leave. Requires Real ID, 3+ years plumbing experience, and ability to pass drug/background checks.

Qualifications

• Valid Real ID required by federal regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial, institutional, industrial, or healthcare plumbing experience.
• Experience reading plumbing drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and OSHA safety rules.
• Must pass a drug test and thorough background check for access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Test plumbing joints, piping, and systems for leaks.
• Install, repair, and replace valves, piping, and plumbing components.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems after repairs or new installations.
• Perform routine inspections of piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, or fabricate replacement sections of damaged piping.
• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, faucets, and drains.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repairs.
• Document completed work and report maintenance issues.
• Follow federal safety regulations and facility procedures including OSHA requirements.
