Job summary

Procon seeks a Facility Manager to support a high-visibility federal facilities program, overseeing facility operations, renovation projects, QA activities, and contract administration. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams in secure environments and strong stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a relevant bachelor's degree or extensive experience in lieu of it, and proven ability to manage DoD/IC or similar secured facilities programs

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing federal facilities, construction projects, quality assurance programs, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations by conducting site inspections, identifying deficiencies, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining relationships.
• Oversee facility renovation and construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with drawings, permits, schedules, safety requirements, and contracts.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams to support planning, design reviews, scheduling, construction oversight, and project execution.
• Review contractor proposals, develop scopes of work, prepare planning documents, perform technical and feasibility studies, and provide contract administration support.
• Conduct building code compliance reviews, evaluate construction documents, and coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts across architectural, structural, civil, and electrical disciplines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA plans while overseeing CQC compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project controls, schedules, quality metrics, risks, reporting, and closeout documentation including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and warranties.
• Lead QA/QC meetings, coordinate project communications, and collaborate with government stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
