Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) seeks an Interior / Architectural Assessor – BUILDER Assessor to conduct Facility Condition Assessments at federal and military sites. You will evaluate interior systems, finishes, doors, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and related components to support repairs, cost estimates, and long‑range planning.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Architecture or related field, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline required.
• 3–5 years in architecture, facility assessment, or related field.
• Registered professional or eligible for registration within ~2 years.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and document facility conditions.
• Experience with interior finishes and building components

Responsibilities

• Perform interior architectural assessments and document findings.
• Identify/record floor, wall, ceiling, and door types and finishes.
• Use BUILDER SMS to collect condition data in the field.
• Prepare accurate, organized assessment records and photos.
