Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking an experienced Exterior/Structural & Roofing Asset Inspector – BUILDER Assessor to conduct Facility Condition Assessments at government and military locations. This position focuses on evaluating exteriors, structural components, roofing systems, foundations, and related assets for repair planning and cost estimates.

The role uses BUILDER SMS for data collection and requires field work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Eng or related field.
• 3–5 years of facility assessment/roofing/building inspection experience.
• Registered engineer or eligible for registration within ~2 years.
• Knowledge of building construction methods and exterior building systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual condition assessments of exteriors, structural components, and related assets.
• Document exterior walls, foundations, and roofing systems.
• Identify roof types and exterior materials for asset inventory.
• Perform field measurements and data collection using tablets.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy for federal/military facility decisions.

Education
