Matrix Design Group, Inc. is a Colorado-based engineering, planning, and consulting firm seeking a Consultant to support the Program Delivery Division on federal projects.

You will help with study methodologies, data collection, and drafting defensible deliverables while growing to independently lead small workstreams. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data-driven analyses, and contribution to templates and best practices while upholding the Matrix First mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, business, data science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or facilities planning.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks within project plans, schedules, and budgets and meet deadlines.
• Collect, clean, and organize data (facility inventories, space data) using templates.
• Perform analyses to support facilities planning, asset management, and process improvements.
• Develop tables, graphics, and exhibits; support dashboards and data visualization.
• Draft technical sections of reports and memoranda with version control.
• Coordinate inputs from team members and communicate status early to avoid rework.
• Lead small workstreams as experience grows and mentor peers.
